Cheese! Spotlight on Cured in Boulder

This past month I was very lucky to sit down and chat with the owner of Cured, a shop here in Boulder that specializes in charcuterie, wine, gourmet snacks, and, most prominently, cheese. I love hearing the stories of how these local businesses get started, as so many (if not all of them) truly start as passion projects and stem from a real love of something, whether that passion is bikes, the environment, beer, wine, or, in the case of Cured, a love for delicious cheese.
