Over the years my definition of “creative” has expanded greatly. Here in Colorado, and in Boulder in particular, brewers find art and creativity in the creation of their beers. Farmers find art and creativity in the growing and selling of their produce. Chefs and restaurant owners, too, find art and creativity in the blending of flavors in their unique dishes, as is exemplified by Lucile’s Creole Café.
I recently had an article published with Your Boulder about Lucile’s, particularly their location here in Boulder. It’s a brunch that I wasn’t expecting but that I will be salivating over until the next time I get to go there!
