Boulder can be an interesting place in terms of culinary preferences and choices (and I respect them all!).
On one hand, there’s the prominence of creative vegetarian and vegan dishes that are abundant throughout the city’s eateries. On the other side of the spectrum, on many menus around town, you are sure to find a mouthwatering burger or other unique meat dish that could entice and satisfy any carnivorous craving.
